




At **CONSTRUCTORA GISOL**, we are looking for a **Human Resources Manager** to contribute to strengthening organizational culture and talent development in offices and construction sites. **Key Responsibilities:** * Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of operational, technical, and administrative staff. * Personnel administration: employment contracts, hiring, terminations, incidents, vacations, and celebrations. * Promote organizational development by fostering culture, motivation, and professional growth of staff. * Monitor workplace climate, maintaining close and fluid communication to ensure a positive work environment. * Support Management in implementing Human Resources policies and strategies. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources (experience in construction or public works is preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR tools. * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with both office and site personnel. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Growth opportunities. * The chance to join a company with a strong culture and collaborative environment.
