Support in performance evaluations and culture Human Resources Analyst **Work Location:** Polanco, CDMX **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **About the Position** The person in this position will be responsible for supporting employee lifecycle administration, pre-payroll incident control, and follow-up on internal processes within the Human Talent department. **Main Responsibilities** * Employee lifecycle administration (hiring, internal transfers, and separations). * Integration and updating of employee files. * Preparation and management of labor contracts and internal documentation. * Management of registrations, cancellations, and transfers with IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute). * Control and recording of incidents for pre-payroll calculation. * Administration of employee benefits (Major Medical Expenses Insurance and internal programs). * Vacation, leave, and justification tracking. * Issuance of employment certificates. * Support in performance evaluations, organizational climate assessments, and culture programs. * Coordination of internal communications, training sessions, and organizational campaigns. * Generation of departmental reports and metrics. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field). * 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources. * Experience in personnel administration and payroll-related incidents. * Knowledge of IMSS, employee files, and HR administrative processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel). * Intermediate English (preferred). * Excellent personal presentation. **Competencies** * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Analytical ability * Results orientation * Proactive attitude * Interpersonal skills **We Offer** **Salary:** $13,000 to $15,000 net monthly (depending on experience) **Employment Type:** Permanent **Benefits and Perks:** * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers: $1,000 per month * Savings fund: 7.5% * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 20 days’ salary * Major Medical Expenses Insurance (effective from the third month) * Professional development opportunities Are you interested in this vacancy?
