If talent management, legal–labor compliance, and team development excite you, this opportunity is for you! **Job Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and execute Human Resources strategies as a generalist function, ensuring proper human talent management, compliance with the Federal Labor Law, organizational development, and a healthy, productive work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Payroll pre-calculation and incident tracking, payroll processing. * Coordination of payments, vacations, leave requests, and overtime. * Recruitment and selection of personnel. * Administration of psychometric tests (Evaluatest). * Drafting and managing employment contracts. * Employee onboarding/offboarding and file administration. * Onboarding of new hires. * Performance monitoring and evaluation. * Initiatives to improve workplace climate. * Organization of monthly internal events. * Direct supervision of cleaning staff. * Coordination of training programs with external providers. * Overall supervision of HR department processes. **Required Profile** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Organizational Psychology. * Minimum **3 years of experience in this role.** * **Essential knowledge** in: * **Payroll** * **Federal Labor Law** * **Excel** * **IDSE and SUA** * Key competencies: * Service-oriented attitude * Organization and accountability * Interpersonal skills * Leadership * Strategic thinking * Commitment and integrity **Employment Conditions** * Salary: $12,000 MXN net per month * Biweekly payment * Probationary contract * Statutory benefits * Dress code (uniform provided after 6 months) **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (continuous shift) * **Starting in FEBRUARY, transition to Monday–Friday schedule.** Application Apply through this channel!
