




**Aplus Logistics is looking for your talent** **HR & Administration Supervisor** At **Aplus Logistics**, we are seeking an **HR & Administration Supervisor**, responsible for providing direct support to operational areas, ensuring proper alignment between human capital initiatives and the company’s strategic business objectives. **Responsibilities** * **Strategic HR Partnership** * Act as a strategic HR partner for operations and warehouse leaders, ensuring alignment between team initiatives and business objectives. * **Talent Management** Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development processes for operational staff. * **Labor Relations** Address employee concerns, conduct internal investigations when necessary, and ensure compliance with current labor legislation and internal company policies. Collaborate with shift leaders for workforce planning, attendance control, and addressing specific HR needs. Identify training needs jointly with operations and systems leaders (WMS usage, leadership, processes), and support implementation of corresponding programs. Actively participate in organizational change initiatives, system upgrades, restructuring, and continuous improvement programs. Ensure correct and consistent application of internal policies, safety protocols, and disciplinary procedures.
