Crisis management and media relations **Position Objective:** Lead the institution’s integrated internal and external communication strategy, safeguarding Institutional Identity to ensure message consistency across all channels. Strategically manage the institution’s reputation and guarantee transparency and respectful messaging in coordination with the commercial department. **Responsibilities:** * Institutional Strategy: Design, implement, and evaluate the institutional communication strategy (internal and external), fully aligned with regional guidelines. * Brand Management: Serve as the primary custodian of Brand Identity, ensuring consistent and professional tone, language, and imagery across all platforms and materials. * Team Leadership and Performance Evaluation: Directly supervise and coordinate team functions, ensuring deliverables reinforce the communication strategy. Establish performance metrics (KPIs) for each role and conduct periodic performance reviews to ensure quality, goal attainment, and team members’ professional development. * Crisis and Media Management: Lead communication strategy during crises, protecting the institution’s image while acting transparently and ethically. Manage relationships with external media outlets. * Protection Communication: Oversee proper implementation of data and image protection policies for community members across communication channels (social media, newsletters). * Draft official announcements from the Directorate and informative newsletters, ensuring clarity and timely dissemination to the community. * Collaborate closely with the commercial department to ensure marketing messages reflect the institution’s reality and value proposition. * Monitor key reputation indicators and internal communication climate metrics. * Advise executives and coordinators on developing spokesperson and public communication skills. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing. * Master’s degree in Organizational Communication preferred. * 3–5 years of experience in communication or marketing team coordination or leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of crisis management, media training, and strategic communication.
