




**Job Objective** Design, lead, and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of strategic initiatives in assigned projects. Guarantee organizational alignment, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability of transformation outcomes. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Lead the design and execution of people-centered change management strategies aligned with business objectives and the nature of assigned projects. * Coordinate and drive the specialist team in implementing change plans, ensuring adherence to defined quality standards and deliverables. * Manage relationships with functional leaders, sponsors, and key stakeholders to facilitate alignment, mitigate resistance, and strengthen change adoption. * Establish, maintain, and improve internal change management processes, including monitoring and evaluation of initiatives. * Oversee communication, training, coaching, and knowledge management activities that support transition to the desired future state. * Identify and mitigate change-related risks, as well as define reinforcement mechanisms to ensure sustainability. * Measure change impact and effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs), readiness assessments, and adoption analysis. Experience * Minimum 3 years in roles related to change management, organizational development, cultural transformation, or HR consulting. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams or coordinating multidisciplinary resources. * Preferred experience in digital transformation projects, technology implementations (CRM, ERP, SAP, etc.), or organizational restructuring. Knowledge * Strong command of organizational change management methodologies (Kotter, ADKAR, McKinsey 7S). * Organizational communication techniques (including storytelling and strategic message design). * Stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, resistance strategy design, and reinforcement planning. * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project – basic level) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word – intermediate level). * General knowledge of collaborative platforms for internal communication and remote work.
