




DESCRIPTION **Position Objective** Ensure the successful operation of new Carnemart stores by training and mentoring newly hired staff (warehouse associates), guaranteeing correct implementation of standard job-specific operations, promoting organizational culture, and facilitating adaptation to change to contribute to business success. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver training and operational onboarding programs for new employees. * Maintain attendance and training progress records. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training in operations and customer service. * Coordinate induction and onboarding processes jointly with Recruitment, Expansion, and Operations departments. * Provide constructive feedback to employees to improve performance and adherence to processes. * Identify high-potential talent for future key positions within the organization. * Actively participate in warehouse operations to deliver on-site training, including product loading and work in cold rooms. **We Offer** * Base salary of $13,000 gross per month. * Monthly bonus for store openings. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers.
