Motivate crews to avoid absences. * Address and resolve any issues arising with field technicians during service installation and delivery. * Monitor productivity and customer service indicators. * Establish field operational strategies and work plans to improve crew productivity. * Prepare productivity and material supply reports. * Manage workforce scheduling—validating rest days, vacations, and medical leaves to prevent operational disruptions. * Ensure a high-performing technical team through site visits, on-the-job training, and feedback. **Requirements:** * Experience supervising teams. * Higher education—Bachelor’s degree and/or engineering degree. * Experience in fiber optic and/or network installation.
