Responsibilities: * Provide **initial care, reception, and guidance** to patients, ensuring a clear and orderly experience upon their entry into the service. * Perform **patient information registration and updates in the system**, guaranteeing accurate data entry. * Execute **examination loading, scheduling, and follow-up** in the corresponding system. * Prepare and maintain **administrative reports** related to performed examinations. * **Assist in performing ophthalmological examinations**, by appropriately operating specialized medical equipment and technology. * **Support medical staff** during the execution of ocular laser treatments, adhering to established protocols. * Supervise and verify the **supply, control, and availability of medical supplies and materials** in the assigned area.
