Advanced configurations on networking equipment and telecommunications systems General Description: We are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer or a professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Networking or Telecommunications, with experience in designing and executing technological infrastructure projects. The candidate must be capable of leading technical teams in the field, supervising structured cabling and telecommunications system installations, as well as performing advanced configurations on networking equipment. Requirements: \* University degree in Engineering/Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields. \* Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in designing and implementing similar projects. \* Solid knowledge of structured cabling, IP networks, fiber optics, CCTV. \* Advanced proficiency in switches and networking equipment (configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting). \* Leadership and field technical team supervision skills. \* Availability to travel and work on field projects. Responsibilities: \* Design solutions for telecommunications projects, including IP networks, structured cabling, CCTV, and fiber optics. \* Supervise and coordinate the installation of structured cabling and telecommunications systems in the field. \* Configure and manage switches and other networking equipment. \* Ensure proper project implementation in compliance with technical standards and scheduled timelines. \* Collaborate with technical teams and clients to ensure project requirements are met. \* Generate progress reports, risk analyses, and improvement strategies. \* Support material and human resource management for projects. Desirable Skills: \* Certifications from Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent. \* Experience using network design software (AutoCAD, Visio, or others). \* Basic knowledge of international cabling and telecommunications standards (TIA/EIA, IEEE).
