Job Summary: We are seeking an FLM Regional Manager to supervise, coordinate, and ensure the operation and maintenance of DWDM and LTE RAN networks, leading technical teams. Key Highlights: 1. Results-oriented approach and reduction of downtime. **FLM REGIONAL MANAGER (BASED IN MÉRIDA).** **Experience:** * Knowledge of DWDM networks (configuration, maintenance, and monitoring). Knowledge of mobile LTE RAN networks. * Experience in maintenance of External Plant Optical Fiber (FOPE). * Diagnosis and resolution of faults in telecommunications infrastructure. Knowledge of power systems, HVAC systems, grounding, towers, and generators. * Certifications in 4G/5G and DWDM network maintenance (desirable). * Experience in managing technical maintenance teams. * Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Knowledge of O&M KPIs. Basic. * English: reading comprehension, writing, and listening. **Skills:** * Leadership and technical team management. * Quick decision-making under pressure. * Effective communication with technical and operational stakeholders. * Organization, planning, and time management. * Results-oriented approach and reduction of downtime. * Analytical ability and capacity to resolve complex problems. * Adaptability and willingness to travel. **Responsibilities:** * The FLM Regional Manager will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the operation and maintenance of CFE Telecom’s DWDM and LTE RAN networks, managing the regional technical team to guarantee service availability, reliability, and continuity. * Supervise and lead the regional FLM team, providing training, support, and operational follow-up. * Ensure safe and efficient system operation through inspections and preventive maintenance. * Respond to urgent incidents, diagnose faults, and execute corrective actions to minimize downtime. * Implement and supervise maintenance programs and work plans. * Monitor maintenance and operational performance KPIs. * Coordinate field activities and ensure compliance with client technical standards. * Maintain continuous communication with the client’s and project’s technical departments. **Profile:** * Education: Graduate in Telecommunications Engineering or related field. * Age: Not specified. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in DWDM networks, LTE RAN, and FOPE maintenance. * Willingness to travel.
