Job Summary: This role involves coordinating, installing, configuring, and maintaining telecommunications services at customers’ residences, ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and execution of in-home installation services 2. Equipment configuration and technical support for fiber optic and telephone services 3. Inventory management and compliance with safety regulations * **Service Coordination:** Confirm appointments with customers and prepare tools and materials prior to each installation. * **Equipment Pickup and Delivery:** Handle equipment and logbooks, delivering them to the assigned warehouse or base. * **In-Home Installation:** Timely visits to customers for installation of fiber optic, coaxial, and telephone services. * **Equipment Configuration:** Installation and testing of modems, cabling, Wi-Fi networks, and verification of functionality. * **Customer Service:** Clearly explain the service and equipment usage, and collect customer signatures and evidence. * **Reporting and Evidence Collection:** Complete work orders, take required photographs, and submit reports weekly to the supervisor. * **Technical Support and Maintenance:** Conduct repair or inspection visits for installed equipment. * **Inventory Control:** Manage materials and tools, and ensure proper use of the assigned vehicle. * **Safety:** Use of PPE and compliance with field safety regulations.
