Job Summary: We are looking for a Fiber Optic Installation Technician to carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of networks, as well as diagnose issues and provide customer service. WE ARE LOOKING FOR** **FIBER OPTIC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN** **Zone: Eastern (Airport, Iztapalapa, Venustiano Carranza, Iztacalco, Pantitlán, Neza, Oceanía, Aragón, Leyes de Reforma, Agrícola Oriental)** **Responsibilities:** * Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks. * Conduct quality and performance tests on installations. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to fiber optic service. * Provide courteous customer service by informing and addressing customers’ needs in accordance with company procedures and standards. * Timely and proper handling and follow-up of daily service orders. * Installation of UTP cable. * Handling and installation of fiber optic cable in ducts and cable trays. * Work at heights and outdoors. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Valid driver’s license **Experience and Knowledge:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience installing fiber optic cable * Knowledge of telecommunications networks and related equipment. * Knowledge of electricity **We Offer:** * **Base Salary + Bonus: Average $20,000.00** * Vehicle and tools * Uniform and personal protective equipment * Ongoing training If you are ready to take your career to the next level and become part of a team committed to excellence, we invite you to apply!
