At **FOM**, we specialize in the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of fiber optic cable for the largest telecommunications companies in Mexico, the USA, Canada, Colombia, and Costa Rica. We are seeking: **DIGITAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received through digital channels **(web chat, WhatsApp, email).** * Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions to drive sales. * Generate traffic to the website by sending emails that encourage visits to the site. * Follow up on sales opportunities until closure and order processing. * Keep the CRM updated with data of customers served and each interaction. * Achieve assigned sales targets. * Use the website to guide customers through their purchase process. * Coordinate with marketing to report any areas for improvement. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Partial or ongoing undergraduate degree. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital sales. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. **WE OFFER:** * Direct employment. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * UNLIMITED COMMISSION SCHEME AND TRAINING BONUS FOR YOUR FIRST 3 MONTHS IN ADDITION TO YOUR SALARY. * Internship release for students.
