Conduct field visits to potential customers to offer and promote loans. Advise and guide customers on available financial products. Assess the feasibility of initial loan applications. Acquire and channel prospects for credit evaluation. Perform collections activities with customers to ensure timely recovery. Report daily promotion and collections progress to the Branch Manager. Maintain up-to-date customer, prospect, and activity records in the system. What are we looking for in you? \* Proven work experience as a sales promoter and in customer service. \* Passion for fieldwork: \* Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas. \* Basic knowledge of financial and budgetary analysis. \* Effective communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships. \* Focus on achieving sales targets and goals. \* Flexibility and ability to work in a team. \* Motorcycle ownership preferred. \* Valid driver's license and ability to commute independently. What do we offer? \* Fixed salary: $9,900 MXN monthly plus a $4,000 MXN bonus. \* Performance bonus. \* Transportation support. \* Statutory benefits. Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30 am–6:30 pm; Sat 9:00 am–2:00 pm. \* Enhanced benefits: Medical assistance and telemedicine, preventive health exams, optical and dental care, death benefit, discount network, grocery vouchers, and savings fund, among others applicable after the 3rd month. Training, development, and professional growth. Position type: Full-time. Salary: $10,000.00–$14,000.00 MXN per month. Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract.
