Conduct field visits to potential customers to offer and promote credit products. Advise and guide customers on available financial products. Assess the initial feasibility of credit applications. Acquire and channel prospects for credit evaluation. Perform collections activities with customers to ensure timely recovery. Submit daily progress reports on promotion and collections to the Branch Manager. Maintain up-to-date customer, prospect, and activity records in the system. What are we looking for in you? \* Demonstrable work experience as a sales promoter and customer service representative. \* Enthusiasm for fieldwork: \* Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. \* Basic knowledge of financial and budgetary analysis. \* Effective communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships. \* Focus on achieving sales targets and goals. \* Flexibility and teamwork capability. \* Motorcycle ownership preferred. \* Valid driver's license and ability to commute independently. What do we offer? \* Fixed salary: $9,900 MXN monthly plus a $4,000 MXN bonus. \* Performance bonus. \* Transportation allowance. \* Statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. \* Enhanced benefits: Medical assistance and telemedicine, preventive health check-ups, optical and dental care, death benefit, discount network, grocery vouchers, and savings fund, among others applicable after the 3rd month.
