We are looking for a **Construction Supervisor** with solid experience in optical fiber infrastructure deployment (FTTH/Outside Plant/Inside Plant). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and on-site safety, coordinating crews and ensuring compliance with technical standards. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (certification preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles (optical fiber crew supervision). * **Mobility:** Full availability for travel. * **Skills:** Knowledge of SCT regulations, OTDR operation, blueprint reading, and logbook management. **Required Documentation:** To expedite your hiring process, the complete file must be provided in original and copy: * Official Identification (valid INE). * Tax Status Certificate (CSF), up to date. * CURP and NSS (updated format). * Birth Certificate. * Proof of Address (no older than 3 months). * Academic Certificate (Bachelor’s/Engineering degree preferred). * Letters of Recommendation (professional and/or personal). * Valid Certificate of No Criminal Record. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct supervision of optical fiber cabling installation. * Validation of splice tests and power measurements. * On-site inventory and materials control. * Daily progress reporting and permit management with authorities or private parties. * Ensuring personnel comply with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (adjustable based on experience). * Travel allowances covered. * Job stability.
