Contributes to organizational development and career development plans. ### **Vacancy: Training Assistant – Temporary** **Company:** Grupo Tarahumara At **Grupo Tarahumara**, we are seeking a committed, creative, and results-oriented **Training Assistant** who will contribute to strengthening internal talent through effective training, communication, and onboarding strategies. **Job Objective** Support the design, development, and implementation of training programs and internal communication initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and reinforcing organizational development. **Main Responsibilities** * Development of functional and up-to-date content for internal communication and training. * Management of internal communication platforms and channels. * Organization and coordination of internal training events. * Basic knowledge and application of STPS regulations related to training. * Development and implementation of the annual training plan. * Development and implementation of the induction and onboarding plan for new hires. * Active participation in induction processes. * Preparation of TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and follow-up on the annual plan. * Creation and design of courses (in-person and/or virtual). * Management of LMS platforms. * Monitoring and measurement of results, generating evidence of tangible improvements. * Support in career development and succession planning (preferred). **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. **Experience:** * Preferred experience designing and implementing an annual training program with measurable outcomes. * Experience in induction and onboarding processes. **Technical Knowledge:** * Instructional design. * Training content development. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * LMS platform management. * Design tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (basic level). * Basic knowledge of career development and succession planning (preferred). **Competencies:** * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Creativity * Results orientation * Teamwork ### **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Attendance bonus: 10% * Punctuality bonus: 10% * Grocery vouchers: $1,150 monthly * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Gross monthly salary: $14,000 If you are passionate about talent development and wish to join a growing organization, apply now and become part of Grupo Tarahumara!
