




**Job Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper operation of the company’s general services, guaranteeing efficient functioning of employee transportation, cleaning, cafeteria, pool vehicles, office supplies, foreign personnel procedures, payments, and diverse purchases—contributing to a safe, orderly, and functional work environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the **employee transportation service** (routes, schedules, vendors, incidents). * Manage and monitor **in-house and/or external cleaning staff and vendors**. * Coordinate the **cafeteria service** (vendor, quality, hygiene, compliance with guidelines). * Control and manage the **supply of stationery and general office items**. * Manage and monitor **pool vehicles** (allocation, maintenance, usage control, documentation). * Carry out and follow up on **foreign personnel procedures** (support in immigration processes, documentation, coordination with internal and external departments). * Control and manage **diverse payments** related to general services. * Execute **diverse purchases** (quotations, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice tracking). * Maintain ongoing communication with vendors and internal departments. * Prepare control, cost, and service tracking reports. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety, and hygiene standards. **Requirements** * Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in a similar role (General Services, Administration, Facilities). * Experience managing vendors and administrative controls. * Knowledge of procurement and payment processes. * Prior experience in **industrial or automotive companies** is desirable. * Basic to intermediate English (desirable but not mandatory). **Knowledge and Skills** * General services administration. * Transportation, cleaning, and cafeteria oversight. * Vendor management. * Procurement and expense control. * Administrative organization and follow-up. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. * Problem-solving ability. * Operational leadership and personnel interaction. * Effective communication and teamwork. **Key Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Accountability and follow-through. * Results orientation. * Attention to detail. * Service mindset. * Stress tolerance. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional development opportunities. * Positive work environment.
