What will you be doing in this role? * Manage and coordinate human resources activities in the Distribution Centers within your region. * Work closely with Cedis Managers and Sales Supervisors to ensure efficient human resource management and compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Personnel administration: HR processes (recruitment of operational and administrative staff for Cedis, Pre\-payroll, Onboarding, Performance processes, Team building activities, etc.). * Prevention of labor contingencies by working according to our policies, processes, and culture. * Analysis and monitoring of HR indicators. * Periodic visits to distribution centers; ensuring compliance with departmental processes. What profile do you need? * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields. * Experience as an HR Coordinator/Manager in mass consumer goods companies and managing teams of more than 100 associates. Mandatory. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment. * Ability to make data-driven decisions and proactively solve problems. * Availability: Monday to Saturday. * Willingness to travel. * Intermediate Excel – Required. * SAP knowledge – Desirable.
