




We are a company specialized in condominium management and we are looking for a Condominium Administrator to manage the overall operation of a development. This position requires a strategic and operational approach to ensure efficient management, high-quality service, and an exceptional experience for residents and visitors. *We are seeking a part-time administrator with a leader and host mindset, who will not only manage a condominium but transform it into a benchmark of excellence, hospitality, and service.* Ensure proper administration, operation, and maintenance of the condominium, guaranteeing compliance with internal regulations, optimal use of resources, resident safety, and satisfaction of condominium owners. * Supervise and coordinate the condominium's operational staff. * Manage budgets, maintenance fees, and financial reports. * Monitor compliance with internal regulations by condominium owners. * Follow up with suppliers and contractors. * Receive and address complaints, suggestions, and requests from residents. * Prepare periodic operational and expense reports. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for common areas. * Ensure compliance with safety and protection regulations. * Leadership and personnel management. * Knowledge of financial administration and budgeting. * Supplier and contract management. * Basic knowledge of facility maintenance. * Excellent communication skills. * Organization and planning. * Conflict resolution ability. * Proficiency in Office software and administrative systems. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism, or Hospitality. * Experience in condominium management (preferable). * Intermediate English (desirable). * Driver's license and vehicle.
