This role serves as the bridge between the sales team and other departments, ensuring goal alignment and effective communication. **Key Responsibilities:** **Project Management:** * Plan, execute, and supervise sales projects—from scope definition through final delivery. * Establish timelines and ensure all project phases are completed within stipulated deadlines. * Coordinate with internal teams—including sales, marketing, and operations—to ensure project success. **Communication and Coordination:** * Serve as the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and maintaining clear communication regarding project progress. * Organize and lead follow-up meetings to assess progress and resolve issues or deviations. **Budget Control:** * Manage the project budget, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits. * Identify improvement opportunities to optimize costs and increase project profitability. **Analysis and Reporting:** * Analyze project performance using key metrics and generate progress reports for senior leadership. * Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and apply improvements to future projects. **Continuous Improvement:** * Develop and enhance project management processes to support efficiency and sales success. * Implement management tools that optimize team organization and resource utilization. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Proficiency in project management techniques and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Agile. * Strong understanding of the sales cycle and commercial dynamics. * Experience with administrative systems: G-Suite, Odoo, Microsoft Office. **Education:** * **University Degree:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
