Possibility of indefinite-term employment Company specializing in electrical construction projects is seeking: PROJECT MANAGER. **Profile**: * Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field. * 2 years of experience in project management roles. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Proficient intermediate-level Excel skills (creation of dashboards and control & monitoring boards). * Prior experience managing construction projects is desirable. **Responsibilities**: * Collect and validate information from departments involved in the projects. * Record and monitor project progress, changes, and milestones. * Create and maintain up-to-date control boards and dashboards. * Generate relevant reports. **Offer**: * Direct employment with the company, with option for indefinite-term contract. * Starting salary based on qualifications and experience: $11,500 to $15,000 net per month. * Statutory benefits. * Nutritional, psychological, and laboratory health services.
