DESCRIPTION *Growing company in the pest control and fumigation sector, located in* ***Nuevo Repueblo, Monterrey, N.L.,*** *is seeking a talented and experienced* ***Human Resources Manager*** *to join its team.* **Key Responsibilities:** * **Personnel Administration:** Supervise and manage all aspects related to personnel administration, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. * **Hirings, Terminations, and Salary Adjustments:** Accurately and promptly execute employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustment processes, maintaining up-to-date documentation. * **Contract Preparation:** Design and formalize employment contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and aligned with applicable regulations. * **Payroll Management:** Actively participate in pre\-payroll processing and conduct thorough payroll reviews in collaboration with our external accounting firm, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness of payments. * **Incident Tracking:** Maintain rigorous tracking of vacations, medical leaves, permissions, and other personnel incidents, keeping precise records. * **Termination Settlements:** Professionally and legally manage all termination settlement procedures, ensuring fair and respectful employee exits. * **Recruitment and Selection:** Oversee recruitment and selection of operational staff, identifying and attracting the most suitable candidates for open positions. **Job Requirements:** * **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
