Active participation in corporate certifications A growing company seeking a Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in organizational development and recruitment/selection. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience for managerial-level positions in HR (operational recruitment, organizational development, labor relations, training, payroll, and NOM-035). * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; intermediate Excel skills. * Accustomed to working with performance indicators. * Willingness to travel when required. * Driver's license preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate/execute personnel recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Administer payroll, contracts, personnel incidents, and employee files. * Manage labor relations and disciplinary actions. * Implement organizational development strategies as well as workplace climate initiatives. * Ensure compliance with NOM-035. * Actively participate in corporate certifications. * Supervise training programs and internal events. * Coordinate personnel-related procedures with IMSS and INFONAVIT. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly net salary ranging from $20,000 to $25,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth opportunities. * Working days: Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings. * Workplace located in the northern part of the city.
