You will work closely with human resources teams, managers, and leaders from different areas to identify the company's talent needs and develop effective solutions to attract and retain top professionals. Main responsibilities and functions: * Design and implement talent attraction strategies that enable the hiring and retention of highly qualified professionals. * Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process, from identifying profiles, posting job openings, evaluating candidates, to making hiring decisions. * Collaborate with managers and leaders from various departments to understand and define the company's talent needs. * Develop and implement training and development programs that strengthen the skills and competencies of our employees. * Promote a positive work environment focused on employee well-being. * Ensure the organizational culture is shared and fostered at all levels of the company. * Provide guidance and advisory support to different teams on talent management and organizational culture topics.
