We are a company committed to the well-being, health, and professional development of our employees. ### **Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum experience as an HR generalist or HR Coordinator. * Experience in labor relations. ### **Responsibilities:** * Coordination of recruitment and selection processes for operational staff. * Ensuring timely and proper coverage of vacancies. * Employee onboarding and offboarding. * Application and knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law**. * Management and safeguarding of physical and digital personnel files. * Badge management and support in onboarding processes. ### **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ### **Location:** * Chuburná de Hidalgo, Mérida, Yucatán, C.P. 97205 ### **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary of $16,000\.00 to $17,000 gross** *(commensurate with competencies and experience)* * Statutory benefits from day one * Job stability * Professional development * Excellent work environment Join us and contribute to the success of MEDICAL LIFE.
