




We are seeking a professional to organize and supervise the administrative processes of the Human Capital Department. The main objective is to ensure document control, compliance with current labor regulations, and proper handling of personnel incidents to guarantee the company’s operational stability. Administrative Responsibilities * **Document Management:** Ensure the integrity and updating of personnel files in accordance with quality standards. * **Incident Tracking:** Supervise the recording of attendance, tardiness, and leave requests for payroll reporting. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Address legal and administrative requirements before the relevant authorities. * **Contract Administration:** Manage renewals, agreements, and termination procedures in compliance with applicable law. * **Employee Support:** Serve as the primary contact for administrative procedures, delivery of pay slips, and benefits administration. * **Management Reporting:** Prepare monthly indicators on turnover, absenteeism, and workforce movements. Profile Requirements * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Organizational Psychology, or **related fields**. * **Experience:** 2–3 years in administrative roles within Human Resources departments. * **Knowledge:** \* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting). * Solid understanding of the Federal Labor Law. * Experience managing both physical and digital personnel files. * **Competencies:** Strong organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and analytical ability.
