




**Administrator** **Job Description:** A construction sector company is seeking an **Administrator** with proven experience in administrative, accounting, and financial management, capable of overseeing the company’s operational and documentary control, as well as handling procedures before various government agencies. **Main Responsibilities:** * General administration of the company. * Management and control of the **SUA (IMSS)**. * Management of **CONTPAQ i (Payroll and Accounting)**. * Preparation and control of payroll. * Municipal and state procedures, as well as those before the **SAT**. * Application for and follow-up on **bank and supplier credit**. * Control, registration, and maintenance of the company’s **fixed assets**. * Control of **construction materials inventory**. * Administrative support for projects and construction works. * Organization and safekeeping of administrative and tax documentation. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Proven experience in a similar position. (5 years) * Solid knowledge of CONTPAQ i and SUA. * Knowledge of tax and governmental procedures. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Ability to work autonomously. * Willingness to travel. **Salary discussed during interview** Job type: Full-time Salary: $1\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
