The candidate will be responsible for properly administering and controlling documentation and administrative processes related to the maintenance company’s operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, proper financial management, and efficient customer service. Responsibilities: * Preparation and management of REPSE (Registry of Specialized Service Providers) * Billing control and tracking * Payment and accounts receivable administration * Database entry and updates * Frontline customer service * Preparation of weekly and monthly administrative management reports * Timely follow-up on collection and payment processes with customers and suppliers Requirements: * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (in progress or completed) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative, financial, or document control areas * Valid driver’s license (Class A) Knowledge of: * REPSE and applicable regulations in the sector * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative management * Organizational skills and attention to detail Skills: Organization, planning, effective communication, customer interaction, proactivity, and problem-solving ability.
