Knowledge of electrical materials is desirable. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. · Excellent planning, organizational, and efficient problem-solving abilities. · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and other departments. · Availability to work flexible hours if required by operations. \*Negotiation skills: Experience managing suppliers and procurement; coordinate negotiations with key suppliers to secure the best conditions for the company and ensure supplier compliance. **Responsibilities:** \*Control and coordinate the receipt, storage, distribution, and dispatch of materials, ensuring inventory accuracy. \*Identify and implement continuous improvements in warehouse and purchasing procedures to establish strategies that minimize costs in purchasing, storage, and material distribution. \*Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations within the warehouse, as well as standards for proper handling of materials. \*Prepare performance, inventory, and productivity reports to support decision-making.
