




Join our team! **Purchasing and Supplies Control** **Requirements:** · Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of verifiable experience as a Purchasing Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar role. · Education: Preferably a Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Logistics, Electrical, Industrial, Supply Chain, Administration, or related field. · Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop work teams. · Solid understanding of inventory management and best practices in warehousing and purchasing. Knowledge of electrical materials is desirable. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. · Excellent planning, organizational, and efficient problem-solving abilities. · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and other departments. · Availability to work flexible hours if required by operations. \*Negotiation skills: Experience managing suppliers and procurement; coordinate negotiations with key suppliers to secure the best conditions for the company and ensure supplier compliance. **Responsibilities:** \*Control and coordinate the receipt, storage, distribution, and dispatch of materials, ensuring inventory accuracy. \*Identify and implement continuous improvements in warehouse and purchasing procedures to establish strategies that minimize costs in purchasing, storage, and material distribution. \*Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations within the warehouse, as well as standards for proper handling of materials. \*Prepare performance, inventory, and productivity reports to support decision-making. Manage adherence to the department's budget and propose corrective actions in case of deviations. \*Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment and tools stored in the warehouse (pole, hydraulic cutters, generator, breaker, etc.). \*Collaborate closely with operations, administration, and project control departments to ensure effective supply management. **We Offer** * Weekly salary: $3,300.00 * Performance bonus: $200.00 * Positive work environment. * Statutory benefits. * Job location: Fracc.
