Responsible for coordinating and organizing package receipt, dispatch, delivery, inventory, retention, and FIFO (First In, First Out) management at the site, ensuring efficient operational flow and adherence to scheduled timelines. 2. Responsible for supervising daily site operational indicators, such as package receipt scanning rate, warehouse dispatch rate, delivery rate, retention rate, incident resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. 3. Responsible for implementing HQ and regional network management department’s operational standards, optimizing site layout and delivery route management, promoting service quality improvement at the site. 4. Responsible for supporting the regional HRBP in recruiting, training, and evaluating in-house staff and couriers. 5. Responsible for collaborating with the regional network management department in contracting delivery partners. 6. Responsible for developing shift schedules based on package arrival times and assigning personnel efficiently. 7. Responsible for fostering a positive team environment, improving employee stability and attendance. 8. Responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing incidents within the site, promoting standardization of customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction. 9. Responsible for controlling site operational costs (personnel, vehicles, materials, etc.) and improving site profitability. 10. Responsible for analyzing site quality reports and formulating improvement measures and optimization plans. 11. Responsible for implementing company safety regulations, ensuring protection of packages, personnel, and assets. 12. Responsible for strictly adhering to operational procedures, preventing business and legal risks. 13. Responsible for executing policies, regulations, and objectives issued by HQ, regularly reporting to superiors on site operations, personnel status, and existing issues. **Competencies:** 1. Technical or higher education; degrees in logistics or management are preferred. 2. Over 2 years of experience in courier services, express transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operational management in the manufacturing sector; preference given to candidates with experience managing courier sites. 3. Strong team management skills and execution capability. 4. Customer service orientation and communication and coordination skills. 5. Proficiency in office software, such as Excel and Word. **We Offer:** Base salary (gross). Statutory benefits from day one. Food vouchers.
