Ability to implement effective strategies that promote sustainable growth, as well as the ability to collaborate with various functional areas, facilitating an integrated approach that fosters synergy and innovation in the process. **A Day in the Life of This Role:** * Achieve sales targets by focusing efforts on developing priority products per category. * Develop the potential of the team under supervision by identifying areas for improvement for team members and facilitating tools—jointly with HR—to support their development. * Efficiently coordinate and manage the personnel under supervision, as well as the development of the assigned territory, to maximize route profitability. * Execute category-specific commercial plans aligned with business needs and customer requirements to achieve annual sales objectives (Sell In\-Sell Out). **What Will Make You Successful:** * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills * Experience in assisted distribution * SAP proficiency * Proactivity * Results-oriented mindset
