Our multidisciplinary team—comprising talented renderers, architects, designers, civil and industrial engineers, and modelers—leads with passion and commitment, ensuring every detail is a masterpiece of precision and creativity. **Your opportunity.** You will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination and control of high-end hotel projects, ensuring timely tracking of schedules, budgets, technical deliverables and document control—contributing directly to the achievement of defined scope, quality, cost and timeline objectives. **Key Responsibilities.** * Monitor master schedules and detailed discipline-specific schedules. * Support preparation of executive progress reports covering physical and financial status. * Coordinate follow-up meetings and produce minutes documenting agreements and action owners. * Track RFIs, submittals and overall project document control. * Support change control processes and impact analysis on schedule and cost. * Oversee updates to project dashboards and KPIs. * Coordinate information integration across design, engineering and construction. * Support tendering processes and technical proposal reviews. * Conduct site visits to monitor progress and log issues. * Ensure information traceability for internal audits or investor reporting. **Position Requirements.** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
