Requirements: * Proven retail sales experience in department stores, boutiques, or premium brands, with consistent target achievement. * Highly commercial profile, results- and commission-oriented. * Excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and customer service focus. * Punctuality, commitment, and professional ethics. * Professional appearance aligned with a luxury brand. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively within a team.
