Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Job Objective:** Manage the team to ensure timely and accurate registration of policies and endorsements in the property & casualty issuing system, fully complying with current internal and external regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor area dashboards to balance workloads, identify and prioritize key accounts, and ensure compliance with the area’s service level agreements. * Monitor processes, tools, and applications to guarantee optimal operation, and implement changes to support continuous improvement. * Review and monitor key area performance indicators to identify deviations and develop action plans. * Identify, develop, and implement new processes to serve special accounts or channels. * Support internal and external customers, including Service/Commercial, Underwriting, Collections, CFDI, IT, Regulatory Areas, Audit, and Sales Force. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree; preferably in economics or business administration. * Type and duration of experience: 2 years’ experience in the insurance sector, preferably in Property & Casualty. * Knowledge: SED, Article 492, and Property & Casualty products (preferred). * Tools: Microsoft Office suite, intermediate Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
