




**Job Objective:** Develop the visual identity design of graphic and multimedia materials required by projects, coordinating with the General Management and/or Operational Managements, based on the company’s quality objectives, goals, and policies. Plan, direct, and execute the company’s comprehensive strategy for graphic design, visual communication, advertising, and marketing, ensuring alignment between brand identity and business objectives. **Functions and Responsibilities:** Visualize and develop project-specific materials in accordance with the company’s corporate guidelines. Design the visual identity of materials for graphic products. Coordinate with graphic designers and/or marketing professionals on the work plan for each project. Track requests for design templates to deliver them to the corresponding department. Implement changes requested by internal clients. Prepare weekly productivity reports. Organize and create content. Stay updated on current trends. Create interactive activities, videos, designs, and presentations. Continuously innovate the media, formats, concepts, and visual identity of products and services to promote the company. Develop necessary promotional materials for company activities such as trade fairs, conventions, exhibitions, etc. **Leadership and Strategy** Design and implement the company’s marketing and visual communication strategy. Define brand guidelines, visual identity, and institutional narrative, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Lead, motivate, and manage the design and content team. **Advertising and Campaigns** Conceptualize, plan, and execute multichannel (digital and print) advertising campaigns, product launches, events, and activations. Supervise the creation of persuasive graphic materials for social media, advertisements, brochures, presentations, infographics, and other promotional media. Collaborate with the sales department to develop commercial materials and ensure proper message alignment. **Project and Production Management** Manage the design team’s workflow—from creative briefing to final delivery—ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Supervise and validate correct usage of graphic elements and brand identity guidelines across all produced assets. Coordinate with external vendors (printers, agencies, etc.) and manage the department’s budget. **Analysis and Optimization (Marketing)** Analyze key campaign metrics (ROI, traffic, conversion) and present executive reports to management. Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading marketing or design teams (mandatory). Extensive experience in strategic marketing planning and creative direction. Proven experience in digital marketing. Strong understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, typography, and branding. Minimum 2 years developing online campaigns. Minimum 1 year managing printing equipment. Knowledge of printing processes. Skills in advertising copywriting and content creation. Awareness of industry trends and market conditions. English language proficiency: 70%.
