At **Skydropx**, you will find a space to develop your career within a **dynamic, ambitious, and multicultural** work environment. **Responsibilities:** ====================== * Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic roadmaps for Skydropx's various ventures. * Design, evaluate, and select business models aligned with the company’s strategy, with sufficient robustness for implementation and market launch. * Define clear, measurable, and aligned goals for New Ventures, ensuring consistency with business priorities. * Build structured and actionable roadmaps to validate, launch, and scale initiatives within the ventures portfolio. * Track the status of business models, ventures, and project portfolios, generating visibility to facilitate decision-making. * Conduct investment analyses to assess the viability and required resources for each initiative, aligned with strategic and financial objectives. * Perform market and competitive analysis, including benchmarks, acquisition assessments, and other growth opportunities. * Develop strategic projects and executive materials for internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing key information clearly, structurally, and actionably. * Actively participate in fundraising processes, supporting preparation of materials, analysis, data room, and follow-up with potential investors. * Respond to investor and C\-Team requests, coordinating timely, reliable, and well-structured information. * Support investor relations through preparation of reports, presentations, business updates, and follow-up materials. * Contribute to building the company’s and its ventures’ strategic narrative for current and potential investors. * Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement strategies, unblock issues, manage resources, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of results. **Requirements:** =============== * **Experience at Top\-Tier Consulting Firms**, Venture Capital firms, Corporate Innovation Departments, Labs, New Ventures of unicorns, and/or prior experience in a similar role. * **Financial knowledge:** Ability to validate business models and conduct economic feasibility studies. * **Advanced English** (**spoken and written**). * **Analytical capability:** Ability to quickly identify an industry, understand its key elements, and assess the economic potential of an idea. * **Inspirational leadership:** Ability to build networks with stakeholders and coordinate projects. * **Make it happen:** Skill to execute new ideas with the objective of creating tangible outcomes. * **Rigor and attention to detail:** Define what needs to be done and when, overlooking nothing.
