Position Summary: MIDSTORAGE is seeking a Legal Coordinator to provide legal advisory services, contract review and drafting, lease agreements, and trust agreements to all corporate departments. We are currently seeking a **LEGAL COORDINATOR** to join our MIDPOINT team. **Position Objective** To support all corporate departments, business units, and Group companies with legal advisory services, review and drafting of all types of contracts, lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, guarantees, coordination with law firms, establishment of trusts, file verification, issuance of notarial instruments, and other contract-related functions. **Position Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, with official degree certificate and professional license. * Experience in notarial work. * Minimum three years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in drafting/reviewing contract templates. * Experience in drafting/reviewing amending agreements, termination agreements, settlement agreements, and updating contract annexes. **We Offer** * Monthly salary ranging from $16,000 to $18,000 net, depending on the candidate’s qualifications. * Statutory benefits. * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Full-time working hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * On-site employment.
