




Leading supply chain consulting company is seeking: Student in business administration or related fields. **Main responsibilities:** \- Manage internal and external documentation \- Administer and supervise office resource usage \- Perform administrative and accounting tasks \- Manage internal company communications \- Support directors in general \- Answer phone calls \- Handle customer collections \- Manage service schedules **Desired qualifications:** * Knowledge of company functions and processes * Customer service experience * SAT portal (billing, document downloads) * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite: Drive, Gmail, Calendar, and Canva **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Administration, Accounting, or International Business * Fixed schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (full-time).
