Responsibilities: Design and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets. Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team. Analyze commercial indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports. Develop continuous improvement and market expansion plans. Ensure excellent service and follow-up for key clients. Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing or related field). Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor. Demonstrable leadership and negotiation skills. Results-oriented mindset and objective-based work approach. Experience managing teams and implementing commercial strategies.
