




A leading company in the industry is seeking a **Sales Manager** with experience in customer service, sales leadership, and goal achievement. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales strategies, maintaining the customer portfolio, and ensuring sales performance targets are met. **Main Responsibilities** * Advise and provide service to existing and potential wholesale customers. * Conduct visits and follow-up with assigned clients. * Identify new business opportunities and generate new customers. * Present and negotiate commercial proposals, ensuring sales targets are achieved. * Close parts sales, handle calls for quotes and promotions. * Daily follow-up on sales indicators together with management. * Execute work plans aligned with department objectives. * Meet sales quotas and promote key product lines. * Manage and develop the customer portfolio. * Follow up on sales orders and collections. **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in spare parts sales or in the automotive, refrigeration, or industrial sectors. * Ability to achieve sales targets. * Experience managing performance indicators. * Valid driver's license and availability to visit clients. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales closing skills. **We Offer** * Base salary: $18,000 per month. * Sales commission * Company vehicle and fuel for client visits * Professional growth opportunities. * Job stability and excellent work environment.
