**Branch Assistant** You will serve as the primary ambassador for Station partners and prospects seeking to become partners. Skills and Competencies: Communication, teamwork, service-oriented attitude, results-driven focus, follow-up and control. * **Responsibilities:** * Know and execute the strategies set forth by the Offline Sales team. * Carry out offline and online campaigns—including events, in-branch promotions, and others—to align with period objectives and achieve established targets. * Understand sales metrics—such as membership performance, average transaction value, conversion rate, etc.—to identify improvements and growth opportunities. * Monitor and track sales (proper use of CRM). * Sell additional products and services. * Process enrollments. * Manage appropriate actions to retain and foster customer loyalty. * Organize and train the branch team to promote customer loyalty. * Coordinate the sale of complementary products and services to increase the average transaction value. * Engage customers to understand their interests and tailor the offered services accordingly. * Build lasting relationships with customers and maintain effective communication to encourage loyalty. * Ensure a high level of customer service at the branch, guaranteeing an exceptional purchasing experience. * Execute marketing-defined campaigns to generate interest in the Station brand and its services. * Send marketing campaigns to Leads via WhatsApp to generate prospect interest and/or drive purchase action. * Register all Leads entering the branch. * Supervise the branch’s various areas on a daily basis. * Ensure facilities are clean and well-maintained. * Report any issues requiring preventive and/or reactive maintenance. * Follow up to ensure requested reports are addressed and resolved within scheduled timeframes. * Manage maintenance and cleaning incidents for the branch and its equipment. * Verify that weekly/biweekly/monthly class schedules are in place. * Comply with—and ensure compliance with—branch rules and regulations to guarantee proper branch management. * Carry out corresponding operational processes to ensure compliance and standardization across all branches. * Guarantee control and proper use of equipment assigned to the branch. * Supervise that technological systems and tools function properly; report malfunctions accordingly. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 06:00–14:00; Saturday: 10:00–14:00 hrs. * Indefinite Term * Part-Time * 10,027 MXN – 12,000 MXN Monthly * 67318, Santiago, Nuevo León, Mexico * Branch Assistant
