




We are looking for a professional with proven experience in managing traditional kitchens, including the preparation of dishes that combine Mediterranean cuisine with a special emphasis on Extremaduran gastronomy. It is essential that the selected candidate has strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as demonstrated leadership qualities and good communication skills to establish smooth relationships with suppliers. The position involves responsibility for the kitchen's daily operations, ensuring dish quality and presentation. Initiative and creativity in proposing new recipes that enrich the current culinary offerings will be highly valued, while always maintaining the essence of renewed traditional cuisine. We offer an indefinite temporary contract with full-time working hours.
