




**Job Objective:** Manage, create, and maintain the brand's digital presence on social media, fostering community engagement, strengthening positioning, and generating positive user interaction. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute digital communication strategies on social media platforms. * Create engaging content consistent with the brand identity (images, videos, texts, reels, stories, etc.). * Manage social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). * Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring prompt and empathetic responses. * Analyze metrics and generate performance reports (engagement, reach, growth, etc.). * Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align communication strategies. * Stay updated on digital trends and apply innovative ideas to campaigns. * Manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) if applicable. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, and analytics platforms. * Creativity, proactivity, and ability to work toward goals. **Key Competencies:** * Effective communication * Creative thinking * Audience empathy * Results analysis * Organization and planning Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
