Interaction with suppliers for activations We are looking for an **Operational Administrative Assistant** who is responsible, organized, and possesses a positive attitude to join our team in the marketing department of a construction company. Your primary responsibilities will be to **manage material controls**, **liaise with suppliers**, and support marketing events to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will also assist with some administrative tasks. **Main Responsibilities** * Answer phone calls and act as a gatekeeper for the department * Maintain departmental material records * Interact with suppliers for marketing activations * Maintain material inventories * Assist with basic billing control tasks * Support marketing events **We Offer** * Salary: **$10,000 to $12,000 net**. * Payment: Weekly * Punctual payments every Saturday. * Monday to Friday, **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** (1-hour lunch break). * Half-day Saturdays. * On-site work in Mérida. * A stable work environment with fair treatment and direct communication. **Requirements** * Education: Technical high school diploma or bachelor’s degree * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant * A **responsible, committed, honest individual with a positive attitude**. * Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and social media usage. * Experience in material control and supplier management Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
