Ensuring quality and safety in maintenance work **Regional Maintenance Supervisor** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for **supervising and managing** internal crews and external vendors at assigned branches within a geographic region, ensuring efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, compliance with safety regulations, and quality of performed work. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Supervise** directly the field execution of Preventive and Corrective Work Orders (WO). * Control and **manage** internal crew personnel and on-site vendors. * Ensure **quality** of executed work and inspect equipment and facilities. * Report progress of activities and compliance with maintenance schedules. * Identify risks, ensure compliance with occupational **safety** and hygiene policies. * Control **inventory** of tools and supplies at branches. * Communicate maintenance objectives and evaluate performance of supervised personnel. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: Over 25 years old. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Experience: 3–5 years as supervisor of operational staff and/or electromechanical equipment and infrastructure maintenance. * Education: Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license. Experience supervising installation and maintenance projects for air conditioning systems (Package Units, Chillers, Mini-splits, etc.) and general infrastructure (finishes, electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, etc.). In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Proficiency in software packages and other programs: Excel, AutoCAD (p. 1\). * Maintenance control plans and work order procedures (p. 1\). * Applicable industrial safety regulations. **SKILLS:** * Leadership and supervisory skills. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Problem-solving ability. * Sense of urgency (p. 2\). **WORK SCHEDULE:** 9:00 – 19:00 hrs, Monday to Friday (p. 2\) **LOCATION:** Central Region Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Flexible hours * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
