Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising operations in a production plant. * Experience supervising personnel and coordinating teams of at least 30 employees. * Knowledge of production line balancing and enforcement of labor discipline among supervised staff. * Knowledge and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Results-oriented, analytical ability, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work Monday through Thursday on rotating 12-hour shifts.
