Generate monthly maintenance indicators and maintenance logs. **A leading agrochemical company** is seeking a **Maintenance Manager** to join its team. ***Location*** Near La Paz metro station. ***Schedule*** Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 9:00–13:00 hrs. ***We Offer*** · Statutory benefits. · Competitive salary of **$14,000 to $17,000 per month**, commensurate with experience. ***Key Responsibilities*** * Develop and monitor the annual preventive maintenance program. * Receive work orders. * Assign work orders to maintenance assistants. * Request materials or spare parts based on required work. * Supervise maintenance performed by assistants and approve such work. * Generate monthly maintenance indicators. * Maintain maintenance logs for equipment and machinery. ***Required Profile*** * · Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Industrial), Industrial Engineering, or related field. * · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * · Personnel management experience. * · Organizational skills, confidentiality, and service-oriented attitude.
