Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Resident with experience in supervising electromechanical construction projects and skills in management, planning, and quality inspection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of construction projects in electromechanical installations. 2. Ability to read and interpret drawings and current regulations. 3. Knowledge of management, progress control, and report preparation. CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT: Requirements Desired Experience: · Supervision of construction projects in electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations, fire protection systems (PCI), and HVAC. · Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineer Skills · Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical data sheets, specification sheets, etc. · Knowledge of current regulations. · Familiarity with materials and tools used in electromechanical installations. · Knowledge of project management and progress control (generators). · Ability to plan and assign tasks. · Ability to conduct quality inspections and verifications. · Ability to prepare project progress reports. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
